Otaru Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort Day Trip: Professional Chinese and English instructors, one-person group, with complimentary photography service (departure from Sapporo, Hokkaido)

Snowboarding experience was totally tiring yet satisfying. The guide and trainer is very patient and helped us with getting used to the board. It is difficult to master it at once but very enjoyable.

Snowboarding is a one of a kind experience. Be prepared since this is a fun yet tiring activity. Our english speaking instructor, Ken, is very patient and nice. He assisted us in every step despite our difficulty in executing some of the moves. The resort is also quite big so we can practice with ease. My negative comment only was the mini bus we rode. We were cramped and they made us sit in the aisle seat while we carry our snowboarding gears. take note that the coat, pants and snowboard shoes are quite bulky. The travel going to the destination and going back to the City is quite uncomfortable

Although there was insufficient snow in the original Fujino Ski Resort, it was moved to the Shori River Ski Resort near Otaru. It will take about 40 minutes to go to a place to change equipment. It is recommended that you wear your own ski clothes and jackets, which will be more comfortable. Then it’s another hour’s drive to the ski resort. From the wearing of snowshoes to the preliminary teaching skills of single version, the coach can take care of everyone's practice. This time, coach Xiao Liao/Shi is very patient and teaches the skills slowly, although skiing is about confrontation. The pressure and courage in your own heart must be practiced more to gain experience. This time, from rear edge braking to falling leaves, I still couldn't control my strength and center of gravity in 4 hours, but I gained a better understanding of skiing, which is also the purpose of joining the one-day group this time. Overall, it's great. I can sign up for it by myself. It's highly recommended. (Actually, in the end, I was so tired that my feet were sore and my whole body was sore and weak, so I had to practice my body and come back next time XDD) By the way, standing up from sitting is also a profound knowledge!

Easy meet up place, the itinerary was followed on time. Our instructor, Noah was able to teach us a short span of time making us enjoyed our ski time and take great photos, too! Must book when you visit Sapporo

We took the English course which included the ski gear and the instructor. We started the day by getting the ski gear at a shop in Sapporo then proceeded to the ski resort. We got our skis and started practicing. Our instructor start with teach us how to get on-off our ski, how to fall in case we can’t control our, and how to walk across the fall line. After getting over the basics, we practiced in a short easy slope until around lunch. After lunch we practiced more, took the lift and went to ski at the yellow course. The itinerary was affected by the traffic but the instructors adjusted the itinerary accordingly.

had the most fun experience!! our coach was nice and didn’t mind that we were total noobs, lol, we even braved our hearts and rode the chairlift! thank you to our wonderful coach and we had the best time, will definitely come back to do this one again! the place was also very beginner friendly so it was goos for us first timers :)

Amazing day! Liao was an excellent snowboarding instructor—very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the lesson. He explained techniques clearly and made sure we felt confident practicing them. A huge thank you to Liao for being so fantastic, as well as to the bus driver and all the other staff who were incredibly accommodating and supportive. I would absolutely recommend this day trip.
