The price of the hotel is reasonable given the hospitality and comfort they have provided us. The location of the hotel is very accessible to every place you need to visit in Hanoi and in Old Quarter. The front desk staff are well trained and capable in handling every request from the guest. The breakfast offers variety of food and tastes good.

the staff’s are very accommodating! very smooth check in and check out! the receptionist “Eliee (not so sure with ny spelling) and Cali” they are so kind and very helpful. And the massage! it’s so relaxing! The hotel Location is near to everywhere! We just walk to all the places we visit.

location is good and staffs are friendly and helpful. a v small hotel so don't expect too much. breakfast wise not many choices, basic choices. one thing we like to feedback is the description of the hotel on the KLOOK app. It mention that there is bathtub in the hotel which we have chosen but to put disappointment when we checkin and was told that all their rooms are without bathtub.

The location is an ideal for 1st time travelers like us especially to witness the old quarter. every tourist spots distance can be walked and get to enjoy the local vibes. From Friday to Sunday, it’s night market, the moment you walked out from your hotel. Every staff are pleasant and helpful. I stayed in Room 401 with balcony.. clean but small size.
