I booked a Hollywood room and first. got a room with no windows. the second night I can have a room with a window. many place in Taipei have room without windows. the breakfast is great and kind staff.

I genuinely liked this place and high possibility I'd rebook if I go to Taiwan again. Layout was sort of weird though, as you walk in and see just an empty counter with a sign saying lobby/main floor is actually on level 5. Location was conveinent, with a 7-11 literally right next door. MRT, Ximending, pretty much anything you can think of in terms of touristy places in Taipei was walkable. There was a water fountation on each floor level, and Ice could be found in the main lobby along with some snacks and coffee. Don't expect much from the snacks though, there were literally only 3 choices to choose from. Breakfast wasn't anything special and the menu didn't change throughout the days we stayed. Room was spacious and clean, they had a whole outdoor like table with benches if anyone wanted to eat or just chill without having to get on the bed. I appreciate the fact they’d a piece of tag to place on the bed if you wanted housekeeping to change the sheets. Laundry was not free tho!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities were outstanding—everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests have everything they need. The breakfast was a big highlight, as they served special Muslim-friendly meals for us. This thoughtful effort was a huge plus point and made our stay even more enjoyable. The lobby was also a great place to rest and unwind after a long day. With welcome drinks, snacks, and coffee available throughout the day, it created a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our experience special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Chelsea, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as Muslim travellers.

The location is superb close to train station within 5 mins walk. Opposite was the ximending street. downstairs have 7-11 and nearby have many food selection. Room is more spacious as compared to Taipei main station Hotel .

Highly recommend especially for a family with kids. Good food, accommodations and service.

It was my third time staying at JustSleep Ximending and it was in general very good. The staff memebers at the reception were friendly, patient and helpful. The room we stayed equipped with three single beds and still spacious.
