Almost perfect except need more closet spaces for luggages. I suggested to convert the toilet to closet that will make a lot of sense. Otherwise it's quite nice. Loved the stay here! Hotel was convenient with 5-10min walk to the mrt station and the night market was right below the hotel! Hotel was clean and they even provided bag of amenities on the days they didn’t clean (they clean every alternate day). There’s free coffee and tea at the hotel lobby that we can help ourselves to as well. Bed was comfy and shower facilities is great with rain shower and spacious too. Only pity was the booking with Klook had late checkout but the hotel didn’t have the perk recorded, so had to check out latest by 11:30am! Nonetheless still love the stay here and will definitely revisit the next time in Taipei!

Everything about the hotel was good specially the bidet since this was a Japanese hotel chain. Just to point out something, the lobby being on the 6th floor and transfering on another elevator just to go to the guest rooms made it inconvenient.

This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Taiwan! Location was great and the room was very comfy and clean. My sleep score was above 95 on all days. haha! Will definitely stay here again when I return next time!

To all anime fans, this hotel is located right across the biggest animate store in Taipei. Hotel has coin laundry and dryer, and there is no availability issues. At lvl 6 lobby, towards the opposite end of the reception area, there are coffee and drinks machines (free for all). Drinking water (slightly smaller than those in rooms), are available for your taking. The gym is well equipped and also have free bottled drinking water. USB ports are available on each side of the bed. Hotel is near to exit 5 of Ximen MRT though you still need to walk quite a distance underground. Pyjamas are provided and they are very comfortable. Housekeeping service is provided every alternate day starting from day 2. For days without housekeeping, they will hang a bag with consumables, including towels on your door. Overall, hotel is next to the happening Ximending area and I would definitely return.

2.To support environmental policies, starting January 2025, the hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities in compliance with government regulations. In-room amenities will include only body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, slippers, and bottled water. Please bring your own personal toiletries for your stay.

3.Room cleaning will be provided once every two days during your stay.
