the hotel is very clean and smells good. it is very accessible and the location is very good. services are likewise good. no breakfast in the hotel. the staff are very helpful. the lobby is quite small so there will be some queueing during peak hours of checking in. checking out is very easy

I enjoyed my stay at Parkroyal Collection Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The services and facilities are great. I enjoyed the variety of food offered for the breakfast. There is also a bar located at ground floor near the lobby where I can grab my drink. It is also nearby to shopping centres at Bukit Bintang 👍

This hotel is one of the best I had so far. We arrived at 5:30 in the morning and they allowed us to use the facility that early. Our room wad also upgraded to Club Premier which had more benefits and spacious room! We enjoyed our stay and the view from this hotel is majestic

At first I was hestitant to book here but this hotel is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The club lounge service is also top notch. Oliver and the club lounge staffs are all very hospitable, it felt like home. Food also was great. Plus the hotel offers a buggy service to and from Suria KLCC.
