The design of the hotel is very modern. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and the bed is super comfortable! The staff is very friendly, and it is very convenient to check in and check out. The geographical location is also great, and it is convenient to go anywhere. It is a very satisfactory check-in experience!

We stayed at the newly refurbished Cititel hotel at Midvalley Megamall.. super convenient as the hotel is within the mall itself.. and yes.. the room has a ceiling fan.. for families who have seniors that do not need the air con.. the ceiling fan is the perfect alternative.. clean rooms and exceptional service..

I had an amazing stay at Scott Hotel KL Sentral from December 12 to 14. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable, making my stay in Kuala Lumpur truly enjoyable.
What I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff. They were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. As a coffee lover, I especially loved that when I asked for coffee, they happily provided it without hesitation—it definitely made my stay even better 🤪
Overall, my experience was excellent. The service, comfort, and warm atmosphere made this stay feel perfect. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay at Scott Hotel KL Sentral again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!
