I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel had a luxurious atmosphere, and it was a wonderful experience. The only minor issues were that it was a bit difficult to figure out how to adjust the hot water in the bathtub, and one of the power outlets in the room seemed to be broken. Since I only stayed for one night, these issues didn't cause much inconvenience. I also recommend having breakfast early. I went a little after 6:30 a.m., and it was still nice and quiet without many people.

I recently had a staycation at the The RuMa Hotel and Residences Kuala Lumpur, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of calm. The ambiance was unique, elegant, and had a touch of mystery that made a great first impression. The room was incredibly spacious, with a beautiful view of the city’s skyline. It was comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for a staycation. The room service was superb. The food was delicious, and the presentation was so attractive. I loved the swimming pool. It offered a good level of privacy, making it a peaceful place to unwind and relax. Overall, I had an amazing time and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. My only regret was that I stayed for just one night—it definitely wasn’t enough! I will certainly be coming back again soon for a longer stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend The RuMa Hotel and can’t wait to return.

this is my first experiens stay at luxury hotel but its sooo worthy. the staf friendly the brekafast so good the room nice, i like the ambiance so peaceful i love it n i am sure will repeat again once a month. the front desk also very friendly
