Stayed here for four nights. Highly recommended. Over the road from Kaohsiung Station. Free laundry. Daily drink voucher and self serve snacks and ice cream bar. The staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast is by far the best we had in Taiwan, good mix of foods. Large room. 10 minute walk to Formosa Boulevarde and Liuhe Night Market and easy transport connectivity to else where. If you're in Kaohsiung, stay here.

This hotel is a good choice for all types of travellers -- very near Liuhe Night Market, a lot of convenience stores, ATM, public transportation are nearby. Also 1 station away from Formosa Blvd. Checking in is smoth and the breakfast buffet is very cheap but the food selection is very good.

If you’re a traveller who wants to stay in an affordable hotel but still want to experience the luxury of staying in a hotel, I highly recommend Kindness Hotel. Aside from convenience since they are just near Kaohsiung Main Station, I also love that they are very generous with their free snacks and breakfast buffet, plus staff are so kind that they even let us stay there a little more after our check out to repack our luggages. Kindness Hotel will now be my go-to hotel everytime I travel to Taiwan.

The lobby is inviting, with a clean, modern design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were extremely friendly, offering assistance in both English and Mandarin. They provided a thorough explanation of the amenities, meal times, and other useful information without it feeling overwhelming. I was also given complimentary refreshments as I waited—a thoughtful gesture after a long journey.

We stayed 2 nites at this hotel. Good hotel, clean and have good shower. Near to the Kaohsiung Train station which is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Hotel have nice simple breakfast including supper. Recommended and will book again if I travel there again.
