Everything about this place is good. However, if you're here for leisure and Tokyo city is where you want to spend it, this is not the place it's about a 1.5hr train ride. But that was my own misunderstanding that tokyo was smaller. The staff, hotel, breakfast were all great and the station is about a 2-5 min walk depending on you. Definitely recommend the stay. Also, for those travelling with large luggages there is not a lot of room, but it'll be okay if you don't mind rummaging through your luggage for what you need and put it away.

The hotel is beautfiul! We stayed in a traditional Japaense room with huge windows overlooking the main street. One of my favorite parts of this hotel was the bath house which was clean, tranquil, and had great ammenities. The staff are also very kind. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived late, and have an early flight the next day, checked in was fast. They upgraded our room as well to suite which is very nice! Shuttle was on time coming fr airport and back the next day. Shuttle waiting bay for terminal 2 is at 33.
