room are just enough, the arrangement was properly located the size of the bathroom is good size compare to other, sorrounding shops are really appropriate, specially for those who will check in late still they can buy proper dinner, nice foyer, the ambiance is welcoming, the shuttle buses are very helpful to tourists specially to first timer.

one of the best I ever stayed. Good and clean room, a very friendly and accomodating staff. Very good location, walking distance to shopping outlets, attractions and restaurants. Walking distance to main train and bus station. it also offers free shuttle service to AEON mall and more important, a free shuttle ride to Kansai International Airport. Overall stay is super remarkable and recomendable. Given the chance, I will definitelly comeback and stay here again.

the hotel had a lot to do an the 24 hour store is great the buffet is amazing everything was clean the staff helpful an kind the shuttle for picking up an drop off at the airport is great if u have kids u won’t be disappointed with this hotel

Stayed here on our last day in Japan it was cheaper than our first day at Tobu, probably because it was a little further away but this was a much nicer place. Enjoyed the pool but the breakfast was not great considering we paid for it.

Thank you Mystays for the great service. Our room has a spacious room so we can move freely even has alarge luggage. Very convenient also going to airport because they have a free shuttle going to airport, to Jr Lines and Aeon Mall. Thank you.

Stayed for 1 night to catch a flight the next morning. Shuttle bus from NRT - Hotel and Hotel - NRT reached on time and was easy to find. Check-in process was smooth and staff were all very friendly! Room is bigger than standard hotel sizes in Tokyo. Cleanliness is okay, pyjamas provided, as well as plenty of toiletries! 🛁 Hotel has many facilities like gym, indoor swimming pool, tennis court and sauna (chargeable)! My favourite was the 24 hours FamilyMart downstairs with plenty of food options and cute souvenirs to get last minute! 🫶🏻 Overall a really good stay and I will choose this hotel again if I were to catch an early flight from Narita! ✨
