Tristant, our tour guide, was very accommodating, helpful, and easy to be with. He always gave great suggestions and shared the best Taiwanese recommendations with us. He was also lively and energetic while making sure everyone stayed on time. Overall, we had a great experience! The places were wonderful, and we were blessed to have good weather. Just remember to bring water and an umbrella, especially on extremely hot days.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience on our Yehliu Geopark, Tiaoshi, Shifen, and Jiufen tour! Everything was well-organized, and we were able to visit all the beautiful spots without feeling too rushed. Our tour guide, Ivy, was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the whole trip. She also gave us useful information about each place and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. 🥰 The itinerary was definitely worth it, especially for first-time visitors to Taiwan. We got to see the beautiful Yehliu rock formations, enjoy the scenery in Tiaoshi, experience Shifen, and explore the charming streets of Jiufen. Spring City Resort This time, we used a Klook package that included one meal and a two-hour hot spring private room for 3,500 NTD. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, a valet attendant will assist with parking, as guests are not permitted to drive down to the parking area themselves. It's good to be prepared to tip when leaving, to avoid an awkward moment with your wallet. Dinner was a fixed Japanese set menu with no other options available. Overall, it was decent. After eating, you can take a stroll around the area before returning to the hot springs. The pace of the itinerary felt quite relaxing. While the private hot spring room showed some signs of age and an older decor style, the room itself was spacious, and the bathing area was also roomy. The soundproofing of the main door was average, but since we visited on a weekday and there weren't many people, it wasn't a significant issue. What was rather perplexing was that shortly after we entered the room, a staff member knocked on the door and said our time was up. We were completely bewildered, thinking, "We just got in; did time fly by, or is our life being fast-forwarded?" The staff member later confirmed the mistake, apologized, and left, but this little incident was certainly a bit odd. Overall, although Spring City Resort's facilities and decor show their age, the service was generally acceptable, and the environment had a pleasant resort atmosphere. For 3,500 NTD for one meal and a two-hour private hot spring room, the value for money is still pretty good, making it a suitable place for a relaxing hot spring experience.

It was a rainy day when we went, so unfortunately, we could only stay on the tour bus in Qimei. However, I must say that the staff at Hai'an Yacht were all very friendly and professional, and their guided tour was excellent. The driver on land was also great; besides driving, he meticulously explained the origins and stories of each attraction with a humorous touch. I can only say that the people of Penghu, in addition to doing business, also make you feel their warm hospitality. It was a very enjoyable and worthwhile trip.

Everything was very pleasant. Although we originally booked for 7:40 PM, they called us in advance to ask if we wanted to move the time up because there weren't enough people. We agreed, and actually, watching the sunset at 6:30 PM was perfect. We also enjoyed a relaxing evening of squid fishing. The crew members were all very polite and always smiling. My children were more interested in the video games, but at least it offered another option. The boat was really new, beautiful, and very clean. The squid noodles had just the right amount of salt and were delicious, and there were also jelly and brown sugar cakes. All the passengers were quite well-behaved and not noisy, creating a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, which we were very lucky to experience. Also, each fishing rod was prepared for us, and they looked very neat, which was nice. Even though no one on the boat caught any squid, the sea breeze was very pleasant, and it wasn't too hot. With the gentle sunset, I think this experience was truly wonderful.
