Checking in and checking out is very easy and not time consuming. hotel location is very near the shinjuku station. hotel is clean and they have lots of amenities in the lobby. breakfast buffet also have wide selection of food. room is clean and spacious

Convenient as it’s a airport limousine stop making it easy to travel without having to lug your luggage around. Relatively small room but is likely the regular room size in Shinjuku

Our stay here was amazing! The rooms were spacious, well kept and we had a fabulousview. The front desk was exceptional at helping us. It was also conveniently located near everything we planned to visit. I highly recommend this hotel for first time visitors to Shibuya.

Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is our top choice whenever we visit Japan. The location is excellent—just steps from the train station and close to major attractions in Shinjuku. A standout feature is the in-room washing machine, which makes it easy to do laundry daily and pack lighter. The room also includes a microwave, water boiler, and other practical appliances that add to the convenience. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is the housekeeping policy—full service is provided only for stays of seven nights or more. However, towels are replaced and trash bins are emptied daily, which is still convenient. Overall, the hotel offers great value, comfort, and location. As a thoughtful bonus, the staff even surprised me with a small birthday gift and greeting, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely return to Tokyu Stay Shinjuku.
