Love this hotel! Located right in Shibuya, it's surrounded by plenty of shops and convenience stores, perfect for shopping. The room was clean with a comfy bed, and despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. It was cleaned daily, and the staff provided great hospitality, always warmly greeting us upon arrival. Having pay-as-you-go coin laundry was super convenient, and the breakfast menu had great Western and Asian options. There’s also a nice common area where guests can fill up water, heat up food, and socialise. A fantastic, futuristic hote. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an excellent stay, lyf Shibuya!

We had a short day during our transit. Room is new and clean compared to other hotels I stayed at before . Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful but they just need to smile a bit to make customers feel welcome.

A short walk from Shibuya Excel Tokyo Shibuya Station (10 mins), Ichiran (5 mins) and Mega Don Quixote (7 mins). Beside Parco Mall. A great location within many known establishments. Our room (2 of a kind) is relatively spacious for 4 pax with microwave and utensils. Only downside is there is no parking in front of the lobby entrance for vehicles to drop off/pick up the passengers. The street in front of the lobby is just narrow so our van had to park along said narrow street to board us and our luggage and it caused a little traffic.
