So many shops and restaurants nearby, yet it takes a bit of a walk to get to JR Shinjuku station. Greetings from staff could only be seen in the morning. Not enough staff at the reception. The open area leading to the giant godzilla head was temporary close without mentioning the reopening time.

I love it, I just wish it had a pool for my kids. staff is super friendly and helpful! very clean place. hotel location: is in the middle of all food and shops, has a movie theater same building. overall just a great spot for tourists

Everything is good. Nice Staffs, Comfy Room and easily accessible. The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku. So, you can enjoyed the city all day all night 💜

Great stay here! It's very convenient, even if you have to travel far for some of the sights. The train station is a quick 5-8mins' walk. If you need a late night snack, there are restaurants or convenience stores around you. The room is very clean. The staff is very helpful. I'd recommend this hotel, especially if it's your first time in Tokyo.
