I loved this hotel! Everything about it was amazing. From the easy check in, the polite and friendly staff, the location, the quietness of the location, the check in amenities like face wash, face masks, body towels, lotion, coffee, green tea and so much more! There are convenience stores right at the bottom of the hotel in either direction. The room was VERY clean and the shower water and pressure was immaculate. Just a short 10 minute walk from Golden Gai, Godzilla head, clubs, restaurants. The Higashishinjuku station is around the corner. Coffee shops all around. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment and I will be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo! 5 stars, 10/10!!

Hotel is next to the met station. it is further away from Shinjuku totally different with Shinjuku station.

The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located, with an MRT station just a few metres away and plenty of nearby dining options. Unfortunately, the booking experience was very poor. My brother’s reservation through Klook was unexpectedly cancelled, and he was required to rebook at more than double the original price. Even after explaining that his debit card has been destroyed in a fire and providing proof, no exception was made. In the end, he had to book a different hotel. Overall, the hotel is good, but the booking process was frustrating and disappointing.

This was a great place to stay for a first timer in Japan. It is very close to main attractions in Shinjuku and so close to the train station. There is a Lawson right beside it and a 7/11 across from it and also at the corner. There is a Tully’s and McDonalds near it as well. The place is clean and provides all the necessary conveniences. Check in and Check out is easy too. Will stay here again
