L7 is a luxury newly built hotel attached with one of the largest mall in Hanoi. The hotel staff are professional and take care of the small details. The room was very comfortable, clean, well maintained with all your vacation needs. The staff were particular at checking whether we needed anything as we kept a no disturb sign on the door. The hotel inform the guest of the importance of caring for the environment. The breakfast option was wide covering for all.

Friendly and close to Lotte Mall, overall very good. Clean. If you go a little further, it connects to Seohore, which is great for taking a walk. There seem to be a lot of Koreans. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.

The location is ideal, the hotel breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lake view is beautiful. The hotel is located above the Lotte Department Store, making shopping and dining very convenient. I will stay here again next time I go to Hanoi.
