Puffing Billy Railway tours

Today was the long-awaited Puffing Billy and Penguin Parade day tour! We met at Spencer Street at 9:30 AM, and our first stop was the Brighton Bathing Boxes! We took so many beautiful photos! It truly lived up to its reputation! We finally checked that off our list! Then we set off for Puffing Billy! It was an hour's drive, a unique experience! In between, we opted to visit a farm called Maru, where we got up close with kangaroos, which was so much fun! (We stayed for an hour and a half.) After that, we headed to see the penguins! We waited for an hour, standing in a prime spot for a close-up view. The penguins were so cute and tiny! I heard a foreigner next to me describe the whole parade as "fascinating," and I think that's a perfect description! It was definitely worth the price! (=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ Finally, a big thank you to our guide and driver, Uncle Steven, for giving us such a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Don't waste your time looking at other travel agencies' itineraries, I've already done it for you. At the same price point, other agencies have the worst reviews, whether it's the car breaking down, the guide also being the driver and not providing any guidance, or even a last-minute no-show. We were very lucky! Today's guide, Shin, had none of these awful issues, but instead gave us the most direct advice: appropriate introductions to the attractions, driving steadily and quickly, and even letting us take pictures when we saw kangaroos ❤️. I've never wanted to tip this much since I started working... He also took us to award-winning wineries in Australia for wine tasting, and it was only 15 AUD, such attentive service... He even conveniently dropped us off at our respective hotels that day, I couldn't be more grateful, not to mention the free iced drinks readily available throughout the trip... I hope my next Great Ocean Road day trip is even better than this travel agency 👍 We all appreciate your great tour guidance Shin 👍👍. Paid advertisements with pictures can die, thanks for watching.

We had a good experience. I only regretted buying the ‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’ because we didn’t need it. Even without it, we would definitely have been happy and satisfied — the trip itself, from the itinerary to the people on the ground, was all fun.

Overall, the tour is nice. we booked for an English tour, but the tour guide speaks Chinese all through out the tour. although, he gave us an English guide to read, but still, the feeling of not being included in the tour is there.

This trip was well worth the money. We had an amazing guide named Jess that was very knowledgeable and kept an upbeat energy for the entire day. We given a good amount of time to explore each stop and opportunities to see wildlife. Highly recommend this tour!

Because the main focus was to ride the steam train, and because I didn't want a long drive to see penguins, I chose this tour. Although I felt the price was a bit high, convenience was important, and it was no problem even though I was the only one participating! I was very lucky that the other members on the bus were all great, and the driver was friendly and chatty. The steam train was very worthwhile, the weather was great, and the scenery was beautiful. I recommend that as soon as you get on the train with family and friends, you should quickly find seats, otherwise you might not get a seat on the right side where the scenery is more beautiful, or someone might cut in line! The zoo portion of the trip was okay; I didn't see many kangaroos, but I was still happy to see koalas! A minor incident: the bus was quite hot, and the chocolate I bought at the chocolate factory melted on the floor!
