Hotel Location: The hotel is right next to the subway station, a 1-minute walk. It's next to Splendid China, and one subway stop away from Window of the World and Happy Valley.
Breakfast: There is a wide selection of breakfast options, with plenty of vegetables and fresh fruit juice.
Service: The staff are enthusiastic and polite. There's a small train and a carousel for children to play on.
Cleanliness: The hotel has a beach that is clean.

Upgrading to the suite with a bathtub was worth it. The room was very large and clean, and it had a bathtub. The front desk service was also excellent, and they gave us many small gifts. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Very clean, excellent location (close to Gaoyuan South Station and within walking distance of Xingaoyuan Station, you can walk back to the hotel after visiting MixC World), the room is also very quiet, the mattress firmness is just right, sleeping is very good. The air conditioning is also very quiet, and the room air is very circulated and fresh (I am very concerned about residual smoke smell in the room, even a little is unacceptable). The hotel breakfast is also very good. The only small suggestion: the quilt is a little too thick, relatively heavy and relatively hot, you might consider changing to a thinner one.

There were a lot of people during the Chinese New Year, so there was a bit of a delay when checking in. But basically the food quality was quite high. There was also a Qilin performance. High value for the price.

Take Exit A of the Window of the World subway station, and you'll see the hotel as soon as you come up the escalator. It's just across a small street. The subway station connects to a shopping mall, making it easy to eat, drink, and shop. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Overall, a great experience. The location is about a 10-minute walk to MixC World. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the breakfast had a wide variety of food! I would recommend it to friends.

quite an empty hotel, with excellent service and decent meals included. there might have been some miscommunication between klook and the hotel though, since the hotel records actually showed my booking for another date instead
