There are many hanfu to choose from, especially the flowy kind. The girls at the shop were very kind and helped me wonderfully. After getting your makeup done, you have to go to a park near the big pagoda to take photos, and then to a shop to choose which ones you want retouched. I had a fantastic time! Although, it was about three hours in total!

I participated in the Terracotta Army and paper-cutting activities. Xi'an is an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. The activity was carefully taught, and the teacher explained in detail the development history of the two activities and related history. As a tourist in Xi'an, I felt it was very meaningful to be able to personally create my favorite cultural activities. The location instructions were clear, and the center was well-maintained and clean.

We joined the incense tablet experience as a group of 7 people, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we walked in, the space felt calm and beautifully designed with a strong traditional Chinese aesthetic. The instructor patiently guided us through the history and cultural meaning behind incense, then helped us craft our own personalized incense tablets step by step.
It was such a special hands-on experience — mixing the natural fragrances, shaping the incense, and finally holding a piece we made ourselves felt incredibly satisfying. The whole process was relaxing, meaningful, and perfect for friends traveling together.
If you’re visiting and looking for something unique, cultural, and memorable, I highly recommend this experience. Strongly recommend — absolutely worth it!

Guide Kelvin is an excellent storyteller who brought the history of China to life for us. He made sure all the tickets and arrangements were well organized, and the entire trip went seamlessly. Driver Zhang was very safe and professional, and his car was clean and comfortable throughout the journey. We would highly recommend both of them.

We went solo and the experience was nice but a little crowded. We booked the admission only option amd hired a guide spontaneously. One problem was, that the ticket only worked for one of us, despite correct info. So, we had to rebook one ticket on the spot. Luckily, with some customer-support on Klook, we mamaged to get a refund for the faulty ticket. To get this, you need to take a picture of the ticket you bought on spot. Then, it takes a few days to get the momey back. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience

it was on summer discount so it was definitely worth it. guide was very knowledgeable and patient. only downside was that the lunch provided was very average, definitely could've been better, and also they could've at least provided a bottle of water.

It was a truly enjoyable experience. Tickets are usually very difficult to get, but I was able to purchase them easily and affordably, and the guide was incredibly kind. Any minor communication difficulties were easily resolved with Papago. If you come to Xi'an, I believe the Shaanxi History Museum is a must-visit, provided you can secure a reservation. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Booking on Klook is easy.
I booked the first show (8.10pm in June) Central District. Different timing in different timing, because they need to wait for sun to set. Seat number was stated on the paper ticket and I was on the last row. Still decent view I feel.
A show with combination of laser, lights, water, fire and of course the performers.
Show your passport/ID to exchange for physical tickets at ticketing counter. Pass through security scanning in two separate lines (male and female). Enter the seating area by following the signage. Different area has different stairs, your ticket will indicate 单/双. Many people but crowd clears fast. Plenty of leg room in front of the seats (enough space for people to walk comfortably in front of the seats)
If possible, arrive earlier as there are some 'talkshows' before the actual performance start.
