Fantastic 5.0
Our family group of 10 recently booked the Xi'an Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum Ticket for a private tour, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience! Managing a large family group is no easy task, but our tour guide, Miss Jing, handled us flawlessly from start to finish. Her knowledge of the Qin Terracotta Army site is truly unmatched. Miss Jing was incredibly meticulous in explaining every single detail, bringing the rich history and scale of the warriors to life. She was patient, accommodating, and made sure everyone in our family was captivated the entire time. Outstanding service and a massive thumbs up from all ten of us. We are so glad we booked this private tour and highly recommend requesting Miss Jing as your guide!

it was on summer discount so it was definitely worth it. guide was very knowledgeable and patient. only downside was that the lunch provided was very average, definitely could've been better, and also they could've at least provided a bottle of water.

What an excellent tour! I had such a great experience on this half-day Terracotta Warriors tour. My tour guide, Rainey, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire experience, especially when it came to coordinating the hotel pickup and drop-off. Rainey was also incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the history and significance of the Terracotta Warriors in a way that was interesting and easy to follow. She made the entire experience feel seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Rainey as your guide!

To our excellent private tour guide, Joy, We would like to express our sincerest gratitude and appreciation to our private tour guide in Xi'an, Joy. Joy was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and always eager to help us. Throughout our trip, she introduced us to the history and culture of many attractions, including the Muslim Quarter, the Bell Tower, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Terracotta Warriors, making each of our visits more enriching, interesting, and meaningful. Joy was also a very thoughtful and considerate guide. We had a wonderful time during our interactive learning experience at the Terracotta Warriors, and she even proactively helped us take many precious and beautiful photos, creating unforgettable memories of our journey. Fantastic 5.0
The local tours are subcontracted multiple times. The person who picks you up at the hotel is a guide who will take you to a transfer center. There, you'll meet the actual tour group and guide and switch to another large bus. However, the group size truly doesn't exceed 15 people. Our guide, Zhang Hu (Brother Xiaohu), was very professional and managed the time perfectly. Be aware, though, that there are still some optional expenses (not included in the tour fee). For example, the guide strongly recommended watching the Xi'an Incident theater performance at Huaqing Palace, which costs RMB 198 per person. I found it a bit expensive, but those who didn't watch had to wait outside in the shade for an hour. At the Terracotta Army and Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, the electric shuttle cart is also an additional cost, but these are not expensive, around 5 or 15 RMB.

This tour is the best tour for tourist, who comes to Xi'an first time! Went around famous sightseeing spots very efficiently in one day. Our tour guide was Carol, and she has a lot of knowledge about Xi'an and hospitality. Though i joined this tour in holiday season in China, time managementwas good and there was no delay in itinerary.

The tour communicated with us 2days before. The driver and guide are very punctual. Our guide 陈芳is very details and engaging. As we have kids travelling with us, she is so patient and give us quiz to keep my children entertain. The car given is so spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this tour if you only have limited day in Xi'an.

This was great for us as we only had an overnight in Xian. We were picked up at hotel at 8.30, driven to the Terracotta Warriors and then back to airport. Everything worked really well and our driver took us to entrance to the warriors to make sure we were in the right line. It was very easy. Communication before the trip was excellent and we were never left guessing. Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone who is short on time and wants to see the warriors.
