[Outbound] Meeting point: Opposite Southern Hotel at "Yisu Grand Theater East Gate", No. 26 Anban Street, Bell Tower. Look for staff wearing red vests to register and board the bus; Departure time: 08:00-14:00; Approximately every 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Do not arrive exactly at the departure time.
[Return Trip] Meeting Point: [Navigate to "Direct Shuttle Station"] Approximately 50 meters behind the statue of Qin Shi Huang in the Terracotta Warriors scenic area square. Upon seeing the "Direct Shuttle Station" sign, go to the second floor to register, then you will be arranged to board the bus. Departure Time: 13:00-18:00; approximately every 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Do not arrive exactly at the departure time.

the guide had difficult time with English customers obviously relating more to Asian and providing more information to Asian customers. guide was not helpful. transfer was good, not the best. overall you are only paying for transportation and your entrance ticket. Don’t expect anything else.

Easy way to get to the Warriors and back. Bus a bit dated but works. Journey took about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Easy to find the departure points. "Guide" showed where to go after the tour.

It was not so easy to find due to the staff not speaking English, and since the return claimed to be from 13:00 onwards, without having to reserve a time beforehand, the staff seemed very confused as to whether we could use the shuttle or not. Besides this, the bus was very comfortable, with a good driver and left us right at the parking lot, very convinient and would strongly recommend.

The boarding location was different from the instructions. It said to board in front of the theater opposite South Hotel (East Gate), but I had to go to the West Gate (entrance/exit of the Vienna Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower parking lot) to board. I arrived at the East Gate at 8:45 AM, and after boarding the bus at the West Gate, it departed at 9:20 AM. I booked for 2 people, and it doesn't seem to be much different from the taxi fare (DiDi Standard showed 84 yuan). Alternatively, asking the tour agency representative dispatched to the hotel front desk about direct buses is also an option.
