Mainland China Bus & Metro Card

subway in mainland is so cheap. We used our cards from shanghai, harbin and beijing. they send it to my hotel address before i arrived in mainland.

very easy to pick up at Beijing airport. saw my name on the ply card, just approach someone will come and hand you the metro card. so far we have use in Beijing subway and bus, no problem. all is good. now we are wondering if can use in Xi’an or not… we are also going to Chongqing and Chengdu during this one month China trip… hope can use, pls tell us

Very convenient, the staff was waiting for us at the airport with a name tag, so we didn't have to go to the store to get the card. Six people bought six cards and took the Airport Express directly to the city. 100 yuan was used for seven days and there was still 15 yuan left. It is very useful for taking the subway and bus in Beijing.

You'll find a person holding your name at the exit, they'll check it's you and hand over the cards to you. very convenient and easy. Thanks Klook

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

Service by local company Yue Chuxing(Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd was very good with staff waiting patiently at the arrival near Exit B with my name to pass me the card so I can use it immediately for AirPort Express to hotel. I used the card for MRT and bus in both Beijing and Shanghai BUT note the souvenir card cannot be topped up whether at machine or manually at passenger service in Shanghai. in Beijing, top up at any MRT station has to be at Passenger Service, doesn’t work at machines. Card can also be used for the ¥2 ferry across Shanghai huangpu river.

I think it easier than Alipay because Im too lazy to bring the phone and go to the app every time I take the metro, but redemption counter was hard to find and staff at airport can’t speak English

The company was outstanding. Before I arrived at the airport, I received an email saying they upgraded my service. They communicated and help me understand the location and solved any pending questions I asked. once I got off the plane, I notified her regarding my arrival, and the agent waited for me for 1 hour before presented me with the SIM card promptly at the exit gate. This whole experience makes me want to choose Klook’s service more in the future. shout out to the kind lady who helped me throughout the entire process! you’re awesome!!

Easy experience picking up the card as there was someone already waiting with my name at arrival hall. The card is useful for family taking subway since kids doesnt have credit card or ali pay
