The day before using the service, they sent an email including the car's license plate number. The driver drove comfortably, and best of all, the car was clean and didn't smell like smoke, which was great. On the day we returned to Korea, I thought a Kakao Taxi van had arrived. It had a footrest on the seat and even a massage function (it wasn't super powerful, but it was better than nothing), so I rode in extreme comfort in the early morning. Highly, highly, highly recommend! ~~~~~~~~~

The ⁠Shanghai Maglev connects Pudong International Airport to Longyang Road in just 8 minutes. It is the world’s fastest commercial train, reaching speeds up to 431km/h. It offers an incredibly smooth, futuristic ride, though tickets are a premium and it requires a transfer to reach downtown.

Very convenient to explore the city in the windy summer day, our driver Jeff, can speak english fluently, he drove us smoothly to our itinerary and explained many things about shanghai

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

you can just book your ticket from Klook and get into the train station with your passport, you don’t need to redeem a physical ticket which is very convenient. The train is fast and punctual, I’m very joyful for this trip!

Easy way to go from the cruise terminal to downtown Shanghai. Disbarkation day can be chaotic, so it was nice to have a ride ready for us. Driver had a sign with my name on it.

The driver is very nice, really helpful even it was raining & hard to drop luggages in hotel but he bring the luggage one by one patiently.. Thank you so much.. We will booked again next time we go there.. Have a nice day..🙏🙏
