Transport in Shanghai

Very convenient and hassle-free service. The company contacted me 24 hours before pickup, and I could easily contact the driver via WeChat. The driver was waiting at the Mickey Parking Lot exit with a Klook sign. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was polite and drove safely. Highly recommended!

The Shanghai Maglev connects Pudong International Airport to Longyang Road in just 8 minutes. It is the world’s fastest commercial train, reaching speeds up to 431km/h. It offers an incredibly smooth, futuristic ride, though tickets are a premium and it requires a transfer to reach downtown.

My flight from Japan arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport at 11:30 PM, and I anticipated clearing immigration around midnight, so I booked this service. It was easy and reassuring to find the driver holding a Klook sign with my name on it at the customs exit. Best of all, I received an email beforehand with the driver's name, and it was so convenient to go directly to the hotel after a long flight. Since it was late at night, the highway was clear, and we arrived at my downtown hotel in about 50 minutes. The car was a Tesla, and the ride was smooth.Car condition:

Very convenient to explore the city in the windy summer day, our driver Jeff, can speak english fluently, he drove us smoothly to our itinerary and explained many things about shanghai

Easy way to go from the cruise terminal to downtown Shanghai. Disbarkation day can be chaotic, so it was nice to have a ride ready for us. Driver had a sign with my name on it.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

Excellent driver with a superb electric MPV that is most comfortable. Very smooth ride. Would take again if there is another opportunity.

you can just book your ticket from Klook and get into the train station with your passport, you don’t need to redeem a physical ticket which is very convenient. The train is fast and punctual, I’m very joyful for this trip!

Friendly and polite driver. He arrived promptly and was easy to locate. He will give recommendation and you text him the location for pickup when you are done with the tour.
