This driver has a very good service attitude. He works hard to complete the work and does not waste time! He was also on time for every attraction! We also chatted along the way, and we even bought him a small gift! The whole trip was pleasant

The driver was very professional and the vehicle provided to us was also nice. It was new and clean. However, our expectation of providing us an English-speaking driver was a little bit disappointing. He could speak English such as “yes, no, please” but couldn’t really make conversations. He, however, had a bluetooth earpiece that served as “translator” or I’d have to use Google translate. Also, I used Google Maps for directions but it doesn’t match the GPS he was using. I felt that we had longer routes leading to excess mileage but I couldn’t validate this claim since as I was looking at his GPS, he’s also following it properly. We ended up exceeding the mileage by 20 kilometers. We ordered a Sedan upon booking which charges 5 CNY per kilometer. However, the actual vehicle provided was a 7-seater MPV which charges 7 CNY per km. We were charged of the latter amount. I think it wasn’t fair since the choice we made was a Sedan but the provider gave a different vehicle. I think we should have been charged only 5 CNY, the rate for the vehicle which we booked not the rate according to the actual car they have provided since I have considered the possible surcharges we could incur and intentionally chose a sedan for 2 reasons - we’re only 2 and we’ll fit in a sedan comfortably since we don’t have luggages with us and second, sedan offers the cheapest surcharge rate of only 5 CNY per km. On the overall, I’d still give it a very good rating since having this charter service was very convenient.

This is a better way to travel to few places you want to go that's less hassle. Our driver & guide, Jeff, was very accommodating with our itinerary. We went to the Eyewear mall to get some eye glasses done, went to explore Qipu road, Yu yuan garden & AP plaza mall to find electronic gadgets. Before sending us back to our hotel, Jeff took us around the financial district & the Bund streets. Everything was smootj and efficient, just get your own itinerary ready beforehand.

everything was perfect with the booking. car on time, driver courteous and friendly. great recommendations and guide. clean spacious vehicle. do note shanghai traffic can be heavy so pick up from bund area may have delays! extra time and mileage can be added as per policy

Enjoyed our one day tour with our driver (顾师傅). Driver is on time and is very polite! Most importantly is that his driving skills really made us feel safe. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who requires a driver for a short day tour.

The driver is very punctual and the driving is very safe. Although it is a little expensive, it is worth it to save you the trouble of having to wait for a car during the National Day holiday.
