Easy to redeem and use, extremely beneficial if you plan to visit multiple cities. I traveled to Yokohama, Enoshima, Saitama, Tokyo, Narita, Kanazawa, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara with this pass. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. There are many delicious restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It's also very close to Oyama Shrine and Kanazawa Castle! Superb.

Using the Shinkansen to visit smaller cities around the attractive tourist destinations was very economical and convenient.

I had a truly wonderful experience. Since I planned to stay overnight in Shirakawago after the bus tour, I asked in advance whether I could join the tour and disembark there—and the staff responded promptly and positively. On the day of travel, we gathered at Kanazawa Station, which was easy to access and well-organized. Our guide, Aiko, was warm, energetic, and exceptionally hospitable. She spoke fluent English, shared insightful commentary throughout the journey, and was always attentive to the needs of the group. The bus made a stop at Shirakawago, one of Japan’s celebrated UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The atmosphere and scenery were breathtaking—especially for those with an interest in traditional architecture, cultural heritage, and rural landscapes. It was the perfect blend of thoughtful planning and immersive experience.

Very value for money for traveling back and forth around Hokuriku region, Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo metropolitan JR lines and trains to Haneda and Narita airport for 7 consecutive days. Frequent trains from Nagano to Tsuruga so it is very convenient if we only want to satisfy food and drinks cravings from the next city and return after a couple of hours! Quick and easy seat reservation process, otherwise if one is in a rush it is also easy to just hop on the non-reserved seat cars. Will deffo get again if I am back in the area.

Our stay in this hotel was incredible! The staff was always very nice and helpful. The room had a decent size however we did find some hairs in the bathtub and a part of the toilet not so clean. The amenities given were great! The location of the hotel was very central, we could easily walk every where.
