Full day tour was a good choice, allowed plenty of free time in-between each stop whether it was the walk to the observatory in Shirakawa-go for the amazing view, trying the rice cake dipped soy to enjoying an extra stroll in kenroku-en gardens (not until after Sakura had already taken us through with a great guided tour) and finishing it all off at higashi chaya district with a hands on gold postcard experience to enjoying a gold leaf ice cream to end the day off perfectly. Everything was smooth and efficient thanks to both our tour guide Sakura and our also amazing bus driver of the day on the 9/03/26.
Unforgettable thank you.

Love the experience in Soki. it is a bit of a walk (took us 15mins) from the Kanazawa JR station. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and can communicate in English. I love the breakfast, if you want to experience a Japanese breakfast avail this! you’ll be surprised how filling it is, the fish were delicious but if fish is not your thing, you might want to skip it. The public bath is a lovely but keep in mind it can easily get crowded.
