cleanliness: very good transport access: parking is tight and difficult, hotel vehicles often park at the corner making it hard to exit hotel location: good, but the alley is deep, difficult to enter, and a bit narrow

Great 2 night stay here , staff were welcoming and helpful, room was clean, comfy bed, air con was great, not a super luxurious hotel but for the price it was very good and location was perfect for me - no faults!

The hotel is right next to BTS Punnawithi, just a short walk into the soi. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is very cold, and the room service food is delicious and generous, offering great value for money. The staff provides standard service.

love the location of this hotel. Good service as well. literally beside Emsphere, got nearby convenience store. very spacious room. has elevator, sauna, and pool. no deposit needed. can easily book a Grab ride. got a nearby BTS as well (Phrom Phong station).

Exceptional stay—ideal for post-operation recovery! ​I had a brilliant stay at Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok. As a first-time visitor to Bangkok, the front desk team made me feel completely comfortable. A huge shoutout to Jack and Pat—along with the rest of the front desk staff—who were tremendously helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality meant so much during my recovery after an operation at nearby Bangkok Hospital. ​Special thanks also to Xiao from housekeeping, who took such great care of my room—his attentiveness made a huge difference while recovering. ​The hotel itself is fantastic. I loved the loft room layout, and the amenities were top-notch. Having a 24/7 Lawson convenience store and food options downstairs was super convenient. ​There's genuinely nothing to complain about. If I visit Bangkok again, I would most certainly choose to stay here!

A very nice hotel located in the busy Din Daeng area. Rama IV metro station is right outside of the hotel that takes you to places like Jodds Fair, Chatuchak Market and Chinatown.

I love the location of the hotel. It was peaceful and full of cafés and restaurants nearby. It was also accessible to other areas. Will stay here again!

I had modest expectations for this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary Tuk Tuk to MRT QSNCC station and Asok were great. They even did pickup requests which arrived promptly. This really helped beat the heat because the hotel is located halfway between both which would be a long distance to walk in the heat on small footpaths. The breakfast was a la carte rather than a buffet but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was good and I got to choose two drinks. The coffee was probably one of the best I had in Bangkok - I felt it was a lot closer to Australian style coffee and was not super bitter or burnt like I often find. Room was spacious and the shower was large.
