This is a great hotel to stay in when in bkk. The location is good and surrounding many shopping mall etc. The room is big , nice and comfort. This is the 2nd time staying here. Will re-visit again when come to bkk. ALso nearby to central world where you can shop whole day and eat seafood .

elevator to the north tower wasnt working so the travel to the north tower from the lobby was quite hassle. we had to transfer 2 elevators and do a little bit of walking. room was very spacious. if u wanna be directly near to central world this is not the hotel for you. it is right in the. palladium mall. 2 crosses aways from platinum mall. near to central world just a bit of walking. staff named , “new” was very pleasant

An old 5 star experience not terrible by any means but probably get more value and bang for buck in BangKok elsewhere. location is quite central and easy to GrabScooter everywhere. would say that the facilities are limited and outdated, the in pool bar was non functional. overall closer to a maybe four star hotel but staff were excellent.

for the price we paid for the 5D4N stay, it was worth it. the buffet breakfast had so much variety, the room was comfortable. we just had this experience of lost items inside the room, small personal items which one would rather dismiss as not substantial. but it makes you think if this happened to others also. lesson is to keep valuable items safe and locked inside your travel bags when you allow for cleaners/ housekeeping to access your room while you're out.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. What we loved most was the very convenient location. It was easily accessible to the shopping district, local markets, and plenty of great places to enjoy authentic local food. Everything we needed was just within easy reach, making it a perfect choice for both sightseeing and exploring the local area. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location!

• The Berkey Hotel Pratunam is a 100% smoke-free property. This policy applies to all guest rooms and common areas to ensure a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment for all our guests. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available for those who wish to smoke.

• A security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

• Infant age between 0 - 4 years old will receive complimentary stay when sharing the existing bed with parents inclusive of breakfast when book room with breakfast basis.
