Best hotel experience in Bangkok, so luxurious and sleek. Everyone is so friendly and room was spacious and clean. We requested a baby crib and they even brought our baby some shampoos. Highly recommended!

I love the w hotel. have stayed here before and loved it. the room is spacious funky and very clean. staff were very friendly and helpful, location is very central and close to the bts. would recommend this and stay here again

Great vacation with my family! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is just a few minutes walk away from BTS, and the King Mahanakhon building is literally right around the block. Kids loved the room decor and swimming pool. The AwaySpa was great, almost fell asleep during my 90-min session. The only downfall is that it didn鈥檛 have a kid鈥檚 playroom, but I guess the W Hotel is catered to the older crowd anyway. With that said, still would love to come stay again!

We stayed here just for one night but i wish we had stayed longer. Everything was perfect especially the food. The breakfast menu has a lot of choices & it's all delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who's looking for an unforgettable stay馃槉

The water pressure for the shower was so little compare to other hotels I stayed before. The bed too soft and limited pillow selection. The pillow so soft!

Hip and amazing hotel, very conveniently located beside 2 BTS stops, Chong Nongsi and St Louis. Staff are very friendly and always keen to help. Room is big and very comfortable.
