We had a great time in Melbourne specifically on this trip, our guide was awesome— his name was Curtis, although not born in Australia he was really good in sharing informations about the local places and all other things we see during the trip. I liked how he arranged the group well, how he gives out strict instructions in order for everyone to enjoy the tour fully. Overall experience was great and kids really enjoyed their time in Melbourne!

Lisa was an amazing guide, super friendly, energetic and passionate about her country! We had a great time during the tour. The duration of each venue was reasonable. The van was comfortable and Lisa driving skills were superb, sparing us from motion sickness. Though no photography allowed at night at penguin parade, the penguins were so adorable.

We had a good experience. I only regretted buying the ‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’ because we didn’t need it. Even without it, we would definitely have been happy and satisfied — the trip itself, from the itinerary to the people on the ground, was all fun.
