our driver is very knowledgeable about Penang, highly recommended for his service, definitely worth every penny, customizedable for family with kids.

We booked from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Selangor, the driver is prompt, arrived before time, but they are mindful in waiting beyond the free wait time so keep that in mind and be punctual to avoid any hassle

Booking the pickup through Klook was very convenient. The driver messaged me a day in advance to confirm the pickup time and location. He was very polite and patient, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

The coach was in good condition, with spacious seats and plenty of air conditioning. The station facilities were much worse, and the so-called ticket exchange was at an unmarked location, so you had to keep asking for help to find it. In addition, you had to pay to get a QR code (RM1 per person) to enter the venue. Why couldn't the QR code be attached at the same time as the ticket purchase confirmation?

Great ride with Unititi SuperVIP Travelled from Cameron Highlands to Penang ; seats were super spacious and comfortable like business class. Clean bus, smooth driving, and free WiFi worked well. Booking on Klook was easy. Highly recommended!

Mr Miniam came early to fetch us from our hotel. We came back to hotel late due to some delay in the morning trip to Mossy Forest (also booked via Klook). Good thing that both the morning trip and this private transfer trip we booked thru KLOOK was arranged by the same person (Gwen) and he was able to give Mr Miniam heads up on the status of our earlier tour. Mr Miniam was very patient with us, waited for us to check out the hotel and gave us a warm welcome before starting the journey. His Toyota MPV is very new (apparently he said only a month old) and in very clean and good condition, we had a very comfortable ride from Cameron Highlands to Ipoh. Thanks Mr Miniam. And not to forget, thanks to Gwen too who made the morning Mossy Forest tour and the private transfer arrangements for us hassle free.

Our driver arrived early from Kuala Lumpur to pick us up ahead of our scheduled departure time, which is good and bad, because we had contacted our KL hotel for earlier check-in, but at the same time, it let us arrived early to start off our visit to the twin towers. The van is very roomy and we all sat comfortably. The only issue is that the A/C was on at full blast almost the entire trip, despite my request to have it turned down. The driver did momentarily turned it off, but probably due to the windshield being fogged up, he turned it back on and left it on the rest of our trip. I think he could have simply adjusted the temperature to a bit higher and turned down the fan, which would help clearing up the windshield while keeping us comfortable.
