Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! The bus service from Unititi was spot on time. Booking on Klook was easy and convenient but the confirmation took one day which was ok but unexpected. The bus journey was comfortable and easy. The seat were comfortable with ample leg room and phone charging usb points.

I read up the reviews before I decide to book this service for the second day of my trip. Uncle Chan was very considerate and helpful towards my dad's limitation in mobility. He would drive up to where my dad was to pick him up instead of just staying at the parking lot. Although it's just 40m away, Uncle Chan has made it easier for my dad. Doubling up as a guide, Uncle Chan has shared generously his knowledge on the history of Penang as he brought us to more places in addition to our original itinerary. Luckily, I had already downloaded the Easybook app to pay the facility charge and QR code charge, so I was able to get my e-ticket smoothly and depart on time. The bus seats were comfortable and the air conditioning was sufficient. However, because it was a public holiday, there was a huge traffic jam on the highway, turning what should have been a 2.5-hour journey into almost 5 hours. After that, I had to take a 30-minute Grab ride to Ipoh city center on my own.
