We booked the private transfer from Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands on April 7th, and the entire experience was completely seamless. When traveling with my wife and our young daughter, Alisah, convenience and safety are always our top priorities, and this service delivered on both. The driver arrived exactly on time, was highly professional, and helped us load our luggage without feeling rushed. The vehicle itself was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned. The drive up to Genting Highlands can be winding, but our driver navigated it perfectly, ensuring a very smooth and relaxing ride the whole way up. This took all the stress out of our transit. Highly recommended for a hassle-free journey, especially if you are traveling with your family!

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

Punctual, comfortable car, great communication and safe drivers. As an added bonus the operator is a tour company so I was able to easily organise a tour during my stay in Cameron Highlands. Highly recommended

It was a modern, clean bus. The seats were comfortable too. There were charging options for cell phones and free WiFi. Departure was on time and the ride went smoothly.

Thank you to JIN for the warm hospitality. He proactively contacted me the day before and accommodated the cruise ship's early arrival (first photo) by arriving early and waiting outside the pier. The pier was very crowded with people and vehicles, but Jin had already sent photos of his outfit for the day, license plate, and parking spot via the app. We quickly met and confirmed each other's identities. Upon learning our main purpose and attractions for this trip, he also gave us itinerary adjustment suggestions to avoid traffic jams, and introduced local attractions, customs, and architecture along the way, giving us rich gains and knowledge. We bought souvenirs, enjoyed the scenery, ate local fruits and ice cream, and strolled through the alleys of Georgetown, successfully spending 4 full hours in Penang.

Great service. They reached out to me the day before to confirm the details, with a webchat service, and accommodated an earlier departure time (30 minute adjustment). The driver was friendly and arrived a few minutes early. I would be happy to use the transfer service again

Luckily, I had already downloaded the Easybook app to pay the facility charge and QR code charge, so I was able to get my e-ticket smoothly and depart on time. The bus seats were comfortable and the air conditioning was sufficient. However, because it was a public holiday, there was a huge traffic jam on the highway, turning what should have been a 2.5-hour journey into almost 5 hours. After that, I had to take a 30-minute Grab ride to Ipoh city center on my own.

Potřebovali jsme se dostat z hotelu na letiště v Kuala Lumpuru a vybrali jsme špatnou objednávku. Platforma mě okamžitě kontaktovala e-mailem a vysvětlila, že pokud pojedeme na letiště, bude to stát dalších 200 malajsijských ringgitů. Abychom si ušetřili starosti, souhlasili jsme. E-mail uváděl, že můžeme 200 ringgitů zaplatit přímo řidiči, což bylo velmi pohodlné. E-mail mi také předem sdělil SPZ auta, fotografii a telefonní číslo řidiče. Kontaktoval jsem řidiče přes WhatsApp a vše proběhlo hladce. Auto bylo ve skvělém stavu a velmi čisté, a řidič byl také velmi milý. Když jsme si dělali přestávku, řekl nám, že si můžeme v klidu prohlédnout okolí. Vůbec nás nepopoháněl. Celkově jsem byl s touto cestou velmi spokojen.
