The journey from Penang Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur Sentral is a six to seven-hour bus drive. You need to bring a lot of patience when traveling from Penang Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The staff and bus driver are very kind. We always stop for a toilet break, especially after a long journey through traffic and on the highway. I recommend it if you have a lot of patience. Booking through Klook makes it very convenient. You don't have to pay a lot or talk to many people. If it's your first time visiting Kuala Lumpur Sentral, I highly recommend it, but be sure to bring a lot of patience. My journey was also pretty safe. I would reconsider it through my review. The driver, Mr. Thiaga, was very friendly. He contacted us in advance to confirm the time and itinerary, and was extremely punctual. The vehicle was in great condition, and his driving was very smooth. He thoughtfully arranged a 30-minute rest stop along the way so we could use the restroom and get some food and water, and safely dropped us off at our destination. It was a wonderful experience.

It was a modern, clean bus. The seats were comfortable too. There were charging options for cell phones and free WiFi. Departure was on time and the ride went smoothly.

Luckily, I had already downloaded the Easybook app to pay the facility charge and QR code charge, so I was able to get my e-ticket smoothly and depart on time. The bus seats were comfortable and the air conditioning was sufficient. However, because it was a public holiday, there was a huge traffic jam on the highway, turning what should have been a 2.5-hour journey into almost 5 hours. After that, I had to take a 30-minute Grab ride to Ipoh city center on my own.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip.
