Nice bus, new, clean, and comfortable. It departed on time and arrived on time, and was very easy to find at Penang Sentral. You can pick up your ticket by presenting the QR code voucher at the counters in the upstairs lobby. Excellent service at a competitive price.

We took the 13:00 bus from Terminal Sungai Nibong in Penang to the Tanah Rata terminal in Cameron Highlands which included a quick rest stop in Ipoh. The bus and journey itself was great but I have to dock a star since Klook did not have the correct instructions to check-in. The instructions said to get a physical ticket from the counter at Terminal Sungai Nibong but there were no counters open. Instead they directed us to use the Easybook app to self check-in which generates a QR code to allow you to proceed to the waiting area. Without having clear instructions, it led to some panic since we thought we might miss the bus while we were trying to work through the Easybook app. We ended up making it with plenty of time left since the departure time was listed as 12:45 on the Klook booking (15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time) and the bus was running behind schedule.

Our driver was very kind to let us stop en route for a short 5-10 minutes to grab some fresh produce from Cameron Highlands. He was also very kind to have driven us around Ipoh to show us various key eateries and familiarise us with our area before reaching our hotel. Much appreciated - top notch service! I also learnt a lot about Malaysia and potential places of attraction should I visit Cameron Highlands and Ipoh in the future. Thanks!

Luckily, I had already downloaded the Easybook app to pay the facility charge and QR code charge, so I was able to get my e-ticket smoothly and depart on time. The bus seats were comfortable and the air conditioning was sufficient. However, because it was a public holiday, there was a huge traffic jam on the highway, turning what should have been a 2.5-hour journey into almost 5 hours. After that, I had to take a 30-minute Grab ride to Ipoh city center on my own.

I read up the reviews before I decide to book this service for the second day of my trip. Uncle Chan was very considerate and helpful towards my dad's limitation in mobility. He would drive up to where my dad was to pick him up instead of just staying at the parking lot. Although it's just 40m away, Uncle Chan has made it easier for my dad. Doubling up as a guide, Uncle Chan has shared generously his knowledge on the history of Penang as he brought us to more places in addition to our original itinerary. Vehicle condition: Strong air conditioning, comfortable seats. Service: Contacted in advance, assisted with luggage, arrived at the hotel early to wait. Cleanliness: Clean and odor-free. Vehicle type: 10-seater. If you have more than 6 people chartering a car, choosing round-trip transfer is definitely the right choice. After relaxing in Port Dickson, it's very convenient to add an extra stop on the way back to the airport. An excellent option for seniors traveling. Kuala Lumpur - Port Dickson - Putrajaya - Airport.
