We had a blast! Elli took care of us. He was very patient and made sure we enjoyed our time skiing. Tour guides had helmets and gloves for rent while socks and face masks for purchase. Hassle-free! An icing on the cake is Fujisan decided to show up! One for the books.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very informative and spoke excellent English, which made the experience smooth and engaging. Bokka no Sato is definitely a great place to visit from Nagoya—perfect for kids and kids at heart! Highly recommended!

The bus is a convenient way to get there and spend a day at the ski resort. Bus driver was courteous and meeting point easy to locate.

Our tour guide, Mr. Zheng, provided excellent service 👍. He thoroughly explained the highlights and unique features of each attraction and clearly communicated even small details, such as where we would have lunch. Such a great tour with good enthusiastic guide 小Xi and safe Japanese driver. Big coach was clean and comfortable. The scenery along the way was beautiful. Everything went well. We were very lucky to have a guide who spoke clearly and gave detailed instructions, information and recommendations both verbally and through WhatsApp. The itinerary was excellent with sufficient time at every stop. The tour is self-guided so we enjoyed the flexibility to do what we want and roam around freely based on the many places suggested by 小Xi who WhatsApp the exact location on Google maps to us. He also provided maps and gave food suggestions. We stayed at Hotel MyStays Kanazawa. Rooms are clean and new but very small. Double bed is also very small for two people. Best to ask for twin beds when booking this tour. Breakfast at the hotel was great with a wide spread of local and continental food. Overall we enjoyed this tour very much. Highly recommend this over a day tour to Shirakawago/Takayama.

Our guide, Tomika, was very attentive and managed our time very well. I was glad that she was our tour guide. The itinerary was superb and worth the price. I want to try the same itinerary but this coming spring to see the snow wall! I hope Tomika will be my tour guide again! 💖

The tour guide spoke with great enthusiasm and dedication. She also shared some interesting facts about Takayama itself. The people at the sake brewery were very grateful that we were there. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and educational experience.

Our Takayama and Shirakawago tour was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was well-organized and perfectly paced, giving us enough time to explore. Hao, our tour guide, was wonderful, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. She made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. We especially appreciated her thoughtful recommendations on what to eat and what to see in both Takayama and Shirakawago. Because of her guidance, we were able to experience the best of both destinations. Special thanks as well to Ishida, who drove us all the way with such care and professionalism. You could truly feel that our safety was his priority. On our way back to the bus, he even made iced duck for us before we get on the bus, such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable. We would happily do it again, maybe in another season to see Takayama and Shirakawago in a different light.

Mr.GU is a part time student but did his job very well. His English is remarkable and is open to recommend you anything good in Nagoya. The trip, however, was very rainy during the morning so our first stop at Takayama Old Town was very damp, but a rainy vintage town has its own charms, just not a lot of time to explore definitely but the ambience was good. Still, wished it didn't rain, it was a hassle. Here's a tip, before booking any tours better do it a week before after checking the weather, its better than booking early saving a few hundreds and not enjoy it completely, there's also a chance that promos are available again with even lower prices. On the way to Shirakawa-Go Village the rain completely stopped and it was just cloudy (perfect). The Village was really nice, definitely a world heritage. The lunch food included (we availed) was really good too that even my picky mother loved it. Over-all the experience was nice, weather check is a must.
