I love how the trips were organized, especially the smooth itinerary and the bus frequency. It was awesome. The staff involved with the KL Hop-On Hop-Off service were truly helpful, from the lady managing the queue before we boarded the bus to all the staff in charge inside the bus throughout the trips. If there was one thing to change, I would prefer the latest bus. The first bus we rode was clean and well-maintained, which we loved. However, the second one, which we took after stopping at the Sammy market, was slightly dirty and a bit old, which diminished the experience. But then, on the second half of our city tour, we got another new bus, and we loved it.

If you’re thinking of booking the Maleka, Malaysia tour — do it. From start to finish, it was flawless. Chandran was outstanding, knowledgeable, engaging and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture. The pre-tour information was clear and detailed, everything ran smoothly, and the transport was spotless and comfortable. Lunch exceeded expectations (seven delicious dishes!) in a clean restaurant with excellent service and we never felt rushed. Perfect balance of guided experience and free time to explore and shop. One of the best day tours I’ve done abroad. Huge appreciation to Chandran and the tour team for such a well-organised, memorable experience. Highly recommended 10/10

Great experience and Kuala Lumpur is soooooo beautiful at night. The air is so fresh and its really good to be at the open deck at the top of the double decker bus. thank you for this awesome experience.

Superb! well recommended! Mr Mc , and boss driver Mr. Maren makes our trip smooth and safe . Mr. Mc knows a lot about Malaysia culture most especially the Batu Caves that makes the climb more interesting. He also showed us the shop where batic fabrics are made which made us shop batic clothings🤭You must book this amazing tandem when you visit Malaysia!

We started our tour right on time, and everything was very well organized from the beginning. Our guide, Mr. Khelvin, was extremely knowledgeable, energetic, and professional throughout the entire day. In just one day, I learned so much about Malaysia’s history, culture, and landmarks. He made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and that all concerns were addressed. I really appreciated how attentive and responsible he was. He even sincerely apologized when the Batik shop was closed because he truly wanted us to experience all the attractions included in the itinerary. Overall, I had a wonderful and smooth experience. It was a full day, but everything was worth it! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur who wants to see and learn as much as possible in just one day.

The tour was great! Seeing the fireflies and blue tears was magical. Our guide, Darwin, was friendly and funny, and the driver, Guna, was a true professional. The food was delicious.
