the driver/guide Mr. Johan is very well known for the history. He is also punctual, I ask for the time be move in cased we have arrived late, but he was still there right one time and wanted until we came. He also let us borrow his 2 umbrella cause its raining that night. he was really flexible on time, when we said if he can fetch us up already, it's not problem for him.

Vijay was really so kind and accommodating. really grateful to him for being considerate and for allowing us ample time to visit the places in the itinerary. he even added the old mosque in the itinerary. it was sich a productive day and one of the best tours i will truly recommend when visiting malaysia. the price is also very reasonable. truly worth it. it made my birthday truly special. thankyou!

Rahman our driver was kind enough to reshuffle the itinerary as we wanted to end the tour at Petailing Street Chinatown. He drove us around to all the tourist spots where we stopped for that insta moment pictures which made the tour that much better. Highly recommend this private tour as you are able to control how long you stayed at each site.

The tour itself with the attractions was very nice. However, my driver, Mr. Rayan, was very taciturn. Unfortunately, he didn't share a schedule, even if it was just approximate. We arrived at the mosque with the blue illuminated canals as early as 7:15 p.m. in daylight. I then insisted on waiting until it was dark. He suddenly disappeared at 2 attractions, once because the police came and he wasn't allowed to park there, and the other time because he wanted to save the parking fee. It would be okay if he had at least sent me a WhatsApp message so I would have known. I also told him at the beginning that I can't walk much. The last stop would have been the bridge, but with walking. I then canceled that, with the consequence that I was back at the hotel an hour earlier. I could have spent this hour wonderfully at the Central Market. In conclusion, the tour is great, but apparently also very dependent on the driver.

I barely speak English, so I asked the guide to focus on photo spots. It was impressive and I was grateful that they tried their best to explain things with gestures and body language. Haha. Most importantly, we had the vehicle to ourselves, which allowed us to visit the places we wanted without time constraints. It was also very comfortable to travel in an air-conditioned car, especially given Malaysia's hot and humid weather. In the evenings, taxi fares can be expensive or it can be hard to find a ride, but we didn't have to worry about any of that and could travel immediately, which was much more efficient. It was also great that they picked us up directly from our accommodation and safely dropped us back off after the tour, allowing us to focus solely on our trip without worrying about transportation. Initially, I considered using Grab, but this turned out to be a much more comfortable and satisfying choice.

My family and I have a pleasant experience on this tour. The agency sent a confirmation immediately after the Klook booking. details of tour guide and vehicle were provided to us the day before. the guide Thana is very friendly and provides detailed instruction on where to meet, how to get to the attractions.
