i got a very good deal through Klook, even better than my usual go to platform! our novotel experience was memorable and very convenient. its location was superb as it is connected to pavilion mall and near the bridgeway which takes you to KLCC/Petronas. its central location was very helpful as the tour we booked offered pick and drop off service to novotel. the staff were great and assisted us in checking in though we arrived late. one thing we noticed though is that housekeeping does not really wash the mugs and glasses we used and merely rinsed it. we still found remnants of our fiber drink we took every morning even after housekeeping made up our room

service: everyone is nice friendly and helpful. cleanliness: everything is clean and comfortable. transport access: pavilion mrt and klcc is just nearby. walkable distance. hotel location: best location. can access to alot of food and drinks. in between klcc and pavilion. breakfast: Breakfast is decent. I wish have more menu but good enough to start your day.
