We arrived after the check-in hours, so there wasn't any complains for turn down requests for an early check-in. However, our request for late check-out were declined. They have their late check out policies and it is chargeable. However, luggage storage was provided with no charges. I understand that they could be abit rigid as it's an apartment, couldn't expect hotelier services though. Communication with the staff is through Watsapp, for any requests we had. Plus point is the close proximity to Avenue K (where Superpark were) & off course the Suria KLCC. We enjoyed the pool so much. Size worthy considering its shared among the 3 buildings. We checked-in on a weekday thus having the pool to ourselves at some time. Though we stayed on level 29, we had no problems with the lifts at all throughout our stay. They were fast. Good experience staying here & wont hesitate to stay here again for future visits. However if you're a traveller that enjoys the touch of services, right from bellboy to reception to housekeeping, then this may not be suitable for you. Cheers!

Best hotel we’ve stayed so far with a best view. Though there was an issue upon self check-in, it was still settled and we were able to rest
