- Pick up and drop off place only available at (Kuala Lumpur city center hotel and residence).
- Please take note the tour include driver cum guide only (assistance by driver as a guide). Driver will generally explain and you can explore each location on your own.
- Well maintained air-conditioned vehicle. Vehicles arranged are subject to availability and will be updated accordingly to meet your booking requirement.
- If your location is out of Kuala Lumpur city center, you can make yourself available for pickup and drop off at (Starbucks) Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.
- Please make sure your booking whatsapp number is same with your contact whatsapp number so that you will be notified regarding the driver details accurately.
- Please note that complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are available only within a 5 km radius of the Petronas Twin Towers.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
