This is the third time this month my family and I have used the facilities and received massages. The reception staff are polite and friendly. Some of the Thai masseuses are excellent, but others need further training. Overall, the experience was good, and I hope a particular Thai masseuse can receive additional training.

The spa is quite luxurious with a hot tub with jacuzzi that you can use either before or after the treatment. Then, there is a large room where you can sit down and relax after the treatment and drink some tea, watch some TV etc. Very clean and service is very attentive.

A perfect end to our trip. Altira Spa is one of the best places to relax in Macau.
The environment is excellent — quiet, dimly lit and very private. We had a couple’s treatment room with massage beds, a large jacuzzi and steam facilities. The whole space felt calm and well arranged, so it was easy to switch off.
The therapists were professional and skilful. The treatment was comfortable and well paced, with no rush. Everything from check-in to the room setup was smoothly arranged.
Must-try if you are staying at Altira, especially after a fireworks night. Highly recommended for couples who want a quiet, high-quality spa experience.

Great service and a very clean environment. This hotel spa is reasonably priced, which is a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated the private shower facility in the room. A special thank you to the staff for being so accommodating; they allowed my young daughter to stay on the bed beside me during my massage so we could be together. It was a wonderful experience for both of us! The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant visit. I'm satisfied that the prices are very reasonable for a hotel massage shop (similar to what you'd pay in Korea). The in-room shower is especially convenient. I went with my daughter, and they were very considerate in allowing her to rest on the bed next to me, which made for a truly comfortable time. I would definitely visit again!

I had such a delightful experience during my family trip to Macau. For fun, I signed up for a professional photo shoot to capture some memories, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the trip.
The shop offered a gorgeous selection of cheongsams in different styles, each one elegant and beautifully made. Wearing one while strolling through the heritage sites gave the photos such a timeless charm.
The owner, who also did my makeup, was amazing — so skillful, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. She made me feel confident and radiant, and the photographer was just as wonderful, guiding me patiently with poses and offering tips that made everything feel easy and fun. Even though it was my first time doing a professional shoot, their warmth and encouragement put me completely at ease. Together, they turned the whole experience into something truly memorable, and I’ll treasure these photos as a special keepsake from my trip.

every cent is worth it. my package was just for 60mins preparation but they took it beyond and it lasted for 2 hours for hair and makeup, maybe it helped that it was only me that time but boy they dont cut corners and gives the best treatment. Theu have tons of outfits it took my 10mins scrolling through their tablet to pick which should i pick.

The show was visually stunning with a lot of amazing stunts. My attention was caught from start to finish. Although the storyline was a bit unclear, I had a wonderful time. It was easy to book via Klook and to use the provided QR code to get into the show. There were also assigned seats provided.

The bus night tour was fantastic! We were also lucky enough to see the fountain show right from the center, which was great, haha. However, I took the tour on a Tuesday, and there was no shuttle from the Venetian Hotel to the Macau Ferry Terminal, so I had to quickly take a taxi to get there.
