Hong Kong to Macau round-trip transfer/charter service (7-seater MPV)

The service was very good, helping with the luggage. The only thing was that there was a smell of cigarettes in the car, which was not too fragrant. The driver drove us to Hong Kong very quickly. It was a pleasant journey.

The operator was very helpful. We had this trip scheduled during Super typhoon Yagi and they were in touch with even a day before our trip to provide us with information as to when the border will be closed / opened and when it would have been safe to travel. the company was very communicative and responsive, they make sure the pick up time and location to meet was clear. they were friendly and it was one of the most convenient way to travel. but definitely pricey compared to other means of transport but we opted for private car because of our early flight (6am)

The driver's service is very good, very polite, and he arrives early to wait. He is very accommodating and will proactively contact us to confirm the pick-up location. Driving is very safe and stable. The overall experience is very good and satisfactory, except that the interior of the car is not too new and clean, and there is a slight smell of cigarette smoke.

I forgot to request a nonsmoking vehicle, the first car in macau smelled like cigarette. I would recommend booking for this though, after a long and tiring day having a private transportation service from the hotel in macau directly to the airport is a big help if you have kids or seniors traveling with you. This is choosing convenience and comfort over money.

Excellent service, will use it again. Great communication in advance about 1 day in advance on Whatsapp. Just note that you will switch cars at the border (switch from HK car to a Macau car). This takes 30 seconds as the other car will be waiting - it's very well coordinated.

if you are looking for the best Hong Kong to Macau private transfer in terms of value, look no further. This option is cheaper compared to other choices such as the airport direct service or uber luxury service. The driver contacted me before arrival and directed me to the correct area in the airport after claiming luggage. Car was clean, did not smell of smoke. Driver helped with luggage. Drove to bridge to exit Hong Kong where passport check was undertaken but I did not have to exit vehicle. Once closer to Macau side of bridge, a very brief handover to another vehicle was undertaken. I literally exited from one car to the next, the drivers handled all the luggage. no exaggeration when I say this process took 20 seconds max. Then enter Macau via passport check and again I did not have to exit vehicle. Drove straight to hotel afterwards. Journey took about 1 hour. Such a smooth experience and it pays to not have to deal with anything and go straight from HKG to Macau hotel.
