Absolutely loved it! 😻 I thought check-in was at 3 PM, but when we arrived at the front desk, they let us go up to our room at 12 PM. The housekeeper even had a little surprise for us when we got to the room. So happy! 🥳

Luxury Accommodation and Decor: The design blends Eastern and Western fashion with modern Chinese aesthetics. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms feature high-end fixtures, and APPELLES toiletries are provided. Exceptional Service and International Recognition: The service quality is outstanding, having received multiple five-star accolades from the 2026 Forbes Travel Guide and a Michelin Star Key. Rich Artistic Atmosphere: The resort is adorned with a fusion of Eastern and Western artworks and architectural details (such as the copper plate paintings and ceramic art in the West Wing lobby), creating a culturally rich environment. Thoughtful Transportation Amenities: Although the location requires a shuttle service, guests can enjoy priority boarding with their room key. Breakfast: Delicious breakfast where you decide what you want to eat.

our family choose to stay here, because you can cross directly to galaxy. friendly staff, the donwside only the shuttle service earliest 10am, should have early schedule which can help other guest who's flight is early. they don't provide extra bed even if you tell them you are willing to pay which can cause family group tourist to reconsider booking to this hotel again

Harbourview Macau is one of the best places to stay in Macau! The hotel is beautiful, with elegant rooms that are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, making it easy to visit major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic 5.0
At the reception area, Tommy Yang assisted us and offered a room upgrade for a minimal fee. He was very accomodating and even offered helpful suggestions for our DIY tour. He also gave us complimentary access to 37th floor of the Eiffel Tower as complimentary for our room upgrade. The rooms are big and clean. I love that there is a shower room, separate cr, bathtub. You can consume all the contents of the refrigerator and the cabinets for free. Request for water was accommodated promptly, and unlimited. I also love that there is a foot massager, which you can use after a tiring day out. The bed is super comfy. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Macau. If you want a staycation, I highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to different boutiques, and even and just fee minutes walk to The Londoner and The Venetian. Free shuttle ride too.Cons: no bidet and no free breakfast. But you can order in-house or go to the le petit for breakfast which serves breakfast up until 1pm.

The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the soundproofing and facilities were all perfect. Thank you to the front desk for giving us an extra hour for checkout, which allowed the children to rest a bit longer and not rush. We will definitely visit again if we have the chance.

Fantastic 5.0
This trip to The Venetian Macao with my family was truly a perfect experience, exceeding all expectations! ✨ As soon as we stepped into the hotel, the opulent and exotic decor was breathtaking. Walking through it felt like being transported directly to Venice, with beautiful scenery everywhere. My family and I enjoyed strolling around, taking countless stunning photos. 📸 The best part was the incredibly convenient location! Whether we wanted to shop at the Grand Canal Shoppes or find delicious food on Rua do Cunha, everything was nearby, eliminating the need for long journeys. The transportation was also top-notch; free shuttle buses from the ferry terminal dropped us right at the entrance, saving us a lot of effort with luggage and transfers. This was incredibly thoughtful for a family traveling with children. 🚌💨 Plus, it's close to The Parisian and The Londoner, and the night views are absolutely stunning! 😻 From check-in to departure, every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, proactively answering all our questions. Their smiling faces and willingness to assist made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. 🥰 Both the environment, location, and service were impeccable. It's definitely the top choice for a vacation in Macao, and we will certainly return with our family next time! 🌟

What to know before visiting Macau

Quick snapshot of Macau and what to expect

Macau’s Klook bookings are led by events & shows, tours, observation decks and museums, so the city suits visitors after entertainment, sightseeing and cultural stops. Demand swings through the year, with a clear busy season in spring and much quieter late summer and early autumn.

Best times to visit and how prices move

According to Klook booking data, April is the peak month for demand while August is the trough. Prices on Klook trend differently to demand: historically July appears as the typically cheapest month and August the priciest, so demand and price do not move perfectly together. If you want lower prices and lighter crowds, consider travelling in July or the quieter late-summer months; for a peak-season atmosphere and the biggest events, aim for April.

Tips for travellers from Malaysia

Most travellers from Malaysia typically book around six days in advance, with bookings still possible a day before for last-minute plans. If you’re going in the peak month named above, planning and booking about a week ahead helps secure shows and popular tours; for quieter months you can be more flexible. Use Klook to reserve tickets for events, tours and observation-deck access so you have options locked in before you go.
