Inside the train, the seats are spacious with enough legroom, and the ride itself is very smooth and quiet. It’s also easy to purchase tickets through apps like Klook, which makes the process more convenient for tourists. Overall, Taiwan HSR is a great transportation option that combines speed, comfort, and reliability, making it one of the best ways to explore different parts of Taiwan efficiently

The trip was very comfortable and we were able to go to a lot of places in just 1 day. 小鬼 took really great pictures of us and gave ample time for each destination. The Tainan-Xiaogang Airport Express Line is really convenient, with many pick-up/drop-off points. The bus arrives on time, and the driver thoughtfully reminds you to be careful getting on and off. It's comfortable and stable, and the large luggage storage area is very spacious. There are no limits on the number of pieces or weight of luggage. Highly recommended!

Booking your seats in advance and then picking up your tickets at Taiwan Railways is super convenient! Another local tour must be used within seven days after the departure date. I chose a three-day tour of Yilan, which also came with a reusable EasyCard! What a great value!

Driver was very punctual and we negotiated pickup and drop off spots. He took us to the location to board boats at Sun Moon Lake and helped us with aligning an itinerary that worked for us. The return trip was good as well.

we were informed a day before about the pickup arrangements. on the day itself, we informed contact that we are already in the pickup area, although it was earlier than the designated time. driver came out looking for us. driver was courteous and skilled in driving. i spoke to him in Mandarin and Taigi, but i think he also understands English.

His driving was very smooth and comfortable, even on the zigzag roads going to Sun Link Sea, we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. He's also great at taking photos, which made the trip even more memorable. 😁The tour was well-paced, stress free, and very enjoyable from start to finish. the driver was just not very friendly because of the language barrier but it was definitely a fast and smooth ride. he was also 10 minutes early from the time we suggested and he messaged me the night before to confirm the booking

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early. Our driver, 小楊 (Yang), always helped us get in and out of the car, which we really appreciated. I also forgot to include two locations in the Changhua itinerary I sent beforehand, but he accommodated them very well without any issue. He even recommended a really delicious rou bao (肉包) near Lukang Longshan Temple—after tasting it, we ended up buying a whole box to eat at the hotel. Communication via LINE was smooth and easy. He also played great music during the drive; I honestly wish I knew his playlist. We had a very pleasant and comfortable drive to and from Lukang. Highly recommended.
