Great island-tour experience! Three days wasn't enough to completely tour Taiwan, but this was a wonderful little taste test. Yay, we took the TRA (Taiwan Railways Administration) all the way around Taiwan! Although it was tiring, it was a leisurely train trip. We didn't finish the bus tour part, but we'll wait for another chance to set off again. Actually, we've already booked three days to experience this TRA half-price discount again, which has further increased our desire to tour the island. It's been a long time since I visited Sun Moon Lake, and it has changed so much, becoming more modern. Times are constantly progressing, and so is travel. I've been thinking that in this ever-changing and special era, after not going out for some time, the world outside changes even more. I hope everyone can explore the world within their reach. You don't need to go abroad; Sun Moon Lake is already incredibly beautiful. Its beauty is serene, profound, with stunning lake and mountain scenery, often shrouded in misty clouds. It's subtle, understated, yet deeply captivating; not rushed, but wonderfully peaceful and beautiful. Transportation is also convenient; you can take a bus, boat, drive, ride a bicycle, or rent an electric scooter to tour the lake. With the internet so advanced now, booking accommodations, tickets, and shopping are all very convenient. If you don't require top-tier luxury, all the prices are very affordable, allowing you to enjoy yourself without overspending. However, if you're a bit older, you should consider the strain of overexertion. For example, after cycling all day, and with some personal aches, I need to be mindful of my own limits and not overdo it. The ability to travel itself is a treasure. Don't say you don't have money or time. In fact, my past travel experiences were all accomplished under such circumstances. With time, opportunity, and a little bit of money, you can go out and see things. Your perspective on life might change. I highly recommend Driver Chen! He took our family to Miaoli today and we had a wonderful time. The driver was very punctual and polite, and incredibly hospitable throughout the trip. He proactively shared a lot of local history, culture, and information about other attractions in Miaoli, which greatly enriched our experience. The best part was the flexible itinerary, which he adjusted according to our needs. His driving skills also made us feel very safe. It was truly a fantastic private car charter experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
