His driving was very smooth and comfortable, even on the zigzag roads going to Sun Link Sea, we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I couldn't see Taroko because of the earthquake, but the beautiful scenery of the forest made up for it. Songlong Falls was also beautiful, and the mountain path was nice for walking, so I felt like I was taking a nice walk for the first time in a while. There are more local Taiwanese people than foreigners, so you can really feel like you're traveling abroad. Yaogu Village was also small but fun. My guide, Justine, guided me alone, and she was kind and fluent in English, so I was able to go and come back comfortably.
