The photoshoot was incredibly relaxed and comfortable! Kahori-san guided me through different spots and suggested natural movements, making everything feel effortless. The whole experience was full of genuine moments of joy—the conversations with her added a wonderful sense of ease. Even when it started snowing, the shoot stayed lighthearted and fun. The photos turned out beautifully, capturing natural expressions and the warm vibes of the day. I’m really happy with how everything turned out—it was such an enjoyable experience.

Such a lovely wagashi class. Beautiful craftsmanship and a very peaceful atmosphere. The host was warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout the session. Making wagashi by hand really makes you appreciate the artistry behind each piece. Highly recommend if you’re curious about Japanese culture and traditional sweets.

Tour is very comfortable, and the tour guide is very informative and communicative. Certain unavoidable delays because of snow storm happened, but nevertheless, we were able to come back earlier because of our guide. Ningle terrace is not passable die to the snow storm, but enjoyed the snow mobile so much because of the winter wonderland view!

I really enjoyed this tour. its my first time seeing penguins up close as they walk pass by me so its a core memory. my 2nd time to do snowmobile but would definitely do it everytime I visit Hokkaido. Our tour guide Kevin is very organized, informative, and he even goes beyond by taking Photos of us --- very good photos 😊to commemorate the trip.

Fantastic 5.0
I bought a tour from Klook that covered everything in one day, totally worth it. Started at the zoo, got to be in the front row, super close to the penguins, saw every move clearly, very impressive. Then went to the farm, drove a snowmobile, fun but this activity requires an extra payment. Then stopped to take pictures with pretty Christmas trees for about 20 minutes, got lots of winter atmosphere photos. Ended at Ningle Terrace, strolled around for about 1 hour, romantic atmosphere, very cute little shops. The guide took great care of us, constantly asking if we were having fun, if we were okay, helped find seats on the bus. I was always the last to get on the bus, but the guide didn't leave me, called and waited until they were sure everyone was on board. Impressed with both the program and the service. Highly recommended! 👍

Highly recommended tour! Our guide, Chillin, was very accommodating even from the day before. Despite the heavy snowstorm in Sapporo that morning, we were still able to visit all the planned stops and return on time. PS: The Mt. Usu Ropeway and Snow World Toya were definitely the highlight of this tour for me!!

Fantastic 5.0
I participated in late February, and the focus of this tour is whether the icebreaker can reach the sea area with drift ice. The drift ice drifts in from other places, and I was very lucky to actually see the icebreaker using drills to break the ice floes. Actually, even if you don't see the drift ice, it's still a good experience. For this tour, the last ship to depart on the day of registration (4:30 PM) is always chosen. On that day, the captain sailed for an extra half hour to let us see 10 minutes of icebreaking, so this last ship really has the benefits of being the last one. The sunset scenery on the sea is also great. Of course, driving from Sapporo directly to Mombetsu takes 4 hours, with two rest stops in between, so the ride is a bit tiring. But thanks to the guide's attentiveness, the whole trip became interesting. In addition, the group members were informed of all the details of the trip and boarding, making the whole trip very smooth. If the weather is good, you can arrive at the port of the Mombetsu icebreaker earlier and take a stroll around the area. But the other activities, such as seeing seals or taking a bus to an observation deck, and the ice sculptures and fireworks at night, I personally thought were just okay, serving as accompaniments to the main event. The key is whether you can set sail. If the weather is very bad, the sailing will be canceled, and seeing the drift ice was very moving!
