very accessible. from kansai airport to this hotel through Limousine bus. just 3mins walk. there's multiple convenient stores near candeo hotel. very near to dotonbori, 5 mins walk. we stayed there for 6 days. the only thing we're concerned about is we have to call for room cleaning and atleast before 7/8am. tho they emptied our garbage cans everyday. tip: inform the concierge at night before you go back to your room. their buffet also nice. but i got mine here on klook without one so i have to purchased it there for ¥2000+ per pax per day. also when we arrived there we have to pay the tax that is not included here on klook, that depends on how many days, (i guess), and how many pax in the room. just like what the instructions from klook says. so have some cash with you but you can still use your cards tho. 6 mins walk to train stations. left and right depending on where you plan to go. they closed their doors after 12 but just bring your fob key to open the doors at night.

Apa Hotel is beautiful and has an onsen and a 7-Eleven on the fourth floor. The views from the 40th floor and above are very beautiful, but the rooms are small and it's a long walk from Shinsaibashi. 🏙️♨️

Hotel location: Walking distance to Namba (doable), 7 eleven just in front of the hotel, very near Shinsekai (Tsutenkaku tower) || transport access: Near Ebisucho station next to entrance or exit 1A || service: great, staff are friendly and accommodating || noise level: I read some comments about the noise of the train below the hotel, but I was not bothered at all || cleanliness: free cleaning, would recommend you to clean the room every 3 days of your stay. there’s also laundry available || extra fees: none

We extended our stay at this hotel by one night. The location is very strategic, close to Takashimaya, the Namba culinary center, and Dotonburi. Transportation access is also very easy, with the airport limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Fantastic 5.0
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (2 pax, twin room) on September 2025. Overall, the experience was great. It's conveniently located near Namba station (a 5 minute walk), a Don Quixote store and a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori. Check-in was easy with English-speaking staff, room is clean and housekeeping (upon request) is excellent. A lounge for snacks, coffee and some beer/alcohol is available for free to hotel guests daily from 3-10pm which provided a good break after sightseeing and shopping the whole day. The breakfast buffet is also one of the best I've experienced among 5 other hotels I've stayed in Tokyo/Osaka the past 2 years. Checkout was seamless via keycard dropbox.

The accommodation was wonderful! :) The hotel's location itself is close to Namba Station, making transportation very easy, and not only is it convenient with McDonald's and convenience stores right nearby, but the staff are also very, very friendly. From 7 PM to 9 PM, you can have a late-night snack, and it was great that meals were available for free. Accommodation Location: 3 minutes from Namba Station Cleanliness: Very clean accommodation, there's even a hair straightener that can do both waves and straight hair. Transportation Accessibility: Being near Namba Station makes it easy to take the train and other railways. Service: The staff are all generally kind.

This hotel is a traditional Japan hotel. Loved that right when you enter they clean your luggage wheels and have you remove your shoes. They have hot springs here which we did not use due to we have tattoos. Location is great.
