Lake Kuttara tours

Jenny was a very great tour guide, she gave really clear descriptions of the places we saw and her smile was very kind. We had fun, with a lot to see and enjoy, we ate a lot, because every single spot had an unique food or dessert. We enjoyed our trip :)

it’s a beautiful tour, don’t get me wrong. but have clear expectations to what you’re going to see, if you have travelled Japan, there will be nothing new for you to see. I wouldn’t put this as top of my list for visiting Sapporo. Tour guide was great and I have no complaints about organization or tour company.

Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories & that’s so much better than reading articlesssss about Hokkaido history & culture. Wish we can have 30mins more at Otaru to take a slow stroll to soak in the beautiful town.

I chose this tour because there weren't many options with a Korean-speaking guide for this particular route. I also liked the late start, which allowed for a relaxed morning. Ultimately, I was very satisfied. The tour was led by two guides, one Korean-speaking and one English-speaking. Our Korean-speaking guide, Sei, was particularly excellent, sharing interesting folklore and historical stories related to each spot, which made the travel enjoyable and never boring. I also appreciated her proactive efforts to take photos for us! If I visit Japan again, I would definitely like to use Tour Story!

I thought I booked my tour for the 15th, but I found out it was for the 17th (I planned to leave for Biei on the 17th). I talked to the guide, Joy, and she was able to make exception for me to join the group for the 15th. Joy was an amazing guide, full of enthusiaism and humor. I was the only English participant and she took the time to go over the details one on one. Nothing felt rushed. Would recommend Joy as your tour guide any day.

I do enjoy this tour and highly recommend in you want to explore different area/places within Sapporo. I much better enjoy this compared to yesterday cherryblossom full day tour. Our tour guide Xixi also knowledgeable with the area and appreciate that she emphasize the time to go back in our bus. She also take good picture of me. The weather was also nice which added with the good tour. Perhaps will go back here with Fam and book this tour again. Thank you Klook 🥰

I had a wonderful tour experience! Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Kevin for being such an excellent and accommodating tour guide. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. One thing I especially appreciated was how he took beautiful photos for each of us at every location, helping us capture unforgettable memories from the tour. If you are someone who wants to take their time in one place, this tour isn’t for you. it’s fast-paced and you can visit a lot of places in one day. I especially appreciate the discount tickets that shops hand you when you get off the bus. (I think it was a special discount ticket for those on tour buses). Mila explained the background of the places we went to and recommended go-to-places around Hokkaido.
