Please first arrive at [JR Sapporo Station], exit from the [North Exit] (Kitaguchi), and head to the [Group Bus Boarding Area (団体BUS乗り場)] in front of the Sapporo Station North Exit. This meeting point is located in the area in front of the Sapporo Station North Exit and is designated for tour groups and chartered buses. Please do not confuse it with regular public bus stops. Meeting Tips: * Please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the departure time. * Please exit from the [North Exit] of JR Sapporo Station and proceed to the group bus boarding area. * The meeting point is located outside the station; please do not wait inside JR Sapporo Station. * There is currently ongoing construction and traffic realignment around the Sapporo Station North Exit. Please follow the on-site signs to get to the group bus boarding area. * On the day of the tour, please verify the vehicle based on the tour guide's name and license plate number sent to you the day before departure. * Since there may be multiple travel agencies and tour buses at the site simultaneously, please be sure to confirm the tour guide and vehicle information before boarding.

Please take the Sapporo Municipal Subway to [Odori Station] and follow the exit signs inside the station to [Exit 31]. Exit 31 is located at Odori Nishi 1-chome, close to [Odori Park 1-chome] and [Sapporo市民ホール (Kanamoto Hall)]. After reaching the ground level, please wait near Exit 31 and keep an eye out for the tour guide and vehicle information. Meeting instructions: * Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes prior to the departure time. * Exit 31 is a surface exit; please do not wait inside the subway station. * On the day of the tour, please confirm the vehicle based on the tour guide's name and the vehicle license plate number sent the day before departure. * There may be other tour groups near the meeting point; please be sure to verify the tour guide and vehicle information before boarding. * In the event of traffic controls, construction, etc., please refer to the final meeting information sent on the day before departure.

Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley): Winter snow accumulation and icy roads. Please watch your step to prevent slips, and tour according to the weather and on-site conditions of the day.
Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch: Brown bears are wild animals. Please follow the on-site regulations, do not approach or touch the animals, and follow the staff's instructions for the feeding experience.
Lake Hill Farm: Some facilities and products at the ranch may be adjusted due to seasons, weather, or business conditions. The actual arrangements on-site shall prevail.
Lake Toya Snowmobile: The snowmobile activity may be canceled due to weather, snow conditions, or on-site circumstances. In the event of cancellation, it will be changed to sightseeing at the Lake Toya Silo Observatory; experience fees are at your own expense, and cash payment only.
Lake Toya Sero Observatory: In the event of severe weather, snow accumulation, road conditions, or other circumstances, the scenery and tour arrangements may be subject to adjustment.
